Amazing staff

Snug room for a solo traveller.

The location was very good walking to the main station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was as expected, small but usable. Despite it being near a very busy thoroughfare it was quiet. The room size was okay for a couple of days but not longer. Also if you are tall then don't opt for the room because you will not fit in the bathroom.

The room has everything you might need, nice shower products, great detail on lighting, awesome drip coffee, the bed was pretty comfortable, and I asked for a soft pillow which the staff happily provided. We were also happy with the location, easy to access from Umeda Station even with the big luggage. We chose the hotel because it was only a couple of minutes walk from Nakazakicho (cute, hipster area with coffee shops and tiny restaurants). The hotel was great value for money.

Hotel is very clean, nice and reasonable size rooms, staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel can ship luggage off to your next hotel if needed. Location is great in the Kita district Close to the train station, heaps of street food outlets and local bars around to choose from. DOUTONBORI STREET is just a 10-15 minutes ride on the train. Heaps of tourists attractions around. 7/11 shop next to hotel. I recommend staying here if you looking for a little less crowded and quieter area.
